The fourth annual “Terra Cotta Day” sponsored by the social concerns ministry of Swift Street A.M.E. Zion Church, was held on October 23, 2006. This event was attended by many people who grew up or had family ties to the Pomona Terra Cotta Community. This event was again celebrated on the grounds of Swift Street A.M. E  Zion church.

 

The fun day consisted of lot of games and other activities. There was lots of food and fellowship with old acquaintances. The menu consisted of barbecue, fish, chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, slaw and homemade desserts.
